An area for containers handling and storage with a total area of 100,000 m2 with multi-functional covered storages and ancillary buildings. One of the innovations we did in this project was using the precast interlock concrete pavement tiles for paving all storage areas especially containers stalking yard. This innovation was accepted and approved by the General Company for Ports of Iraq and the client, after thorough analysis was done with the University of Basrah

Construction of interlock paved 150,000 m2 area for containers stacking.
The General Company for Ports of Iraq (GCPI) required a Control tower in Umm Qasr Port. The total height of the concrete tower is 45m with an observation chamber on top equipped with communication system, telescope system and radar unit.
